  • Malts: Pale, Wheat
  • Hops: Columbus, Centennial, Mosaic, Hallertau Blanc
  • Yeast: San Diego Super Yeast


Candyman is a fresh and light kettle sour IPA of 5.8%. A small tribute to the Grateful Dead song and of course, the sour gummy bears for the combination of the sourness imparted by the lactobacillus and large additions of fruity and aromatic hops like Centennial, Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc. A refreshing beer with a light body based on pale and wheat malt, sourness that is accompanied by citrusy, tropical notes as well as white grape notes. Very refreshing, easy to drink and at the same time complex.
